Pricing
Nobody else in Salt Lake puts the number on the website. We do, because you cannot decide whether to call without it. These are illustrative "from" prices for a typical client; the quote call confirms your figure.

from$695/month
One entity, up to 300 transactions, payroll for up to 10 employees.
from$1,150/month
Up to two entities, payroll for up to 40, bills and invoices handled.
Why the numbers are on the page
Every bookkeeping site in the valley invites you to book a call, and none of them says what it costs. That is a sales process, not a service. An owner at 10 pm on a Sunday wants to know whether this is a $400 problem or a $4,000 one before they pick up the phone.
So: three plans, a price next to each, and a list of what changes the number. The call that follows takes fifteen minutes and ends with a figure in writing.
Catch-up pricing
$250per month of backlog
Catch-up and cleanup work is $250 per month of backlog, fixed in writing after a one-week inventory. A year behind is $3,000, delivered in about four weeks, most recent month first. Then you move to a monthly plan.
The quote call
Payroll is included in Ridge and Summit. See what the payroll service covers, or what every monthly close includes.
They are the starting points for a typical client on each plan. The quote call confirms your figure against transactions, employees and entities, and the number we give you is the number on the invoice. There is no hourly billing on any plan.
Month to month, cancel with thirty days notice. Setup of a new QuickBooks Online or Xero file is included on every plan; moving a messy existing file is quoted as a catch-up.
We do not run payroll without the bookkeeping, because the two have to reconcile and we would be guessing at half the picture. Ridge is the smallest plan with payroll.
Any month. Most clients start on Trail or a catch-up, move to Ridge when they hire, and some move to Summit when they open a second location.
No. We are not a CPA firm and do not prepare returns. The year-end file we hand your CPA is included; what the CPA charges to file is between you and them, and it is usually less with a clean file.
